New! A practical guide to the Fair Finance International policy assessments process
Coalitions in the Fair Finance International network use the extensive Fair Finance Guide Methodology to assess and compare the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) policies of financial institutions across up to 21 themes.
The process for conducting these assessments, is however very thorough with the resulting data often going on to form the basis for constructive, evidence-based dialogue on more responsible and sustainable financial policies and practices. To help show how coalitions use the Methodology to conduct analysis and then work for change in financial institutions policies in these fields, we recently created this overview which aims to give clarity on the process and summarize the key steps from policy to practice.
To accompany this, we also created a new section on the website – Policy Rankings - which shows the range of countries, regions and manner in which the Methodology can be used.
